Corbezzolo is a hand-decorated porcelain figure designed by LPWK Laura Polinoro and Massimo Giacon for Alessi, part of the 2013 Belén Navideño AMGI39SET2, with dimensions 7.2 cm wide by 2.7 cm deep and 5 cm high, in excellent condition with only minimal signs of wear.

"Corbezzolo", a hand-decorated porcelain figure designed by LPWK Laura Polinoro and Massimo Giacon for Alessi that is part of the Nativity Scene, this corresponds to AMGI39SET2 from the year 2013.
The attention to detail and Massimo Giacon’s characteristic artistic style are evident in every piece, making this nativity scene not just a decoration, but a collectible work of art. The nativity encapsulates perfectly the mix of humor and reverence that defines much of Giacon’s work, offering a unique addition to any Christmas decor.
Excellent condition, barely used, with minimal signs of age and wear, (see detail in the photographs)
Vintage collectible item, out of production, very difficult to find.

LPWK, designer of metaprojects, Laura Polinoro graduated in DAMS in Bologna. In 1989 she wrote “L’officina Alessi. Alberto Alessi and Alessandro Mendini: ten years of projects, 1980-1990.” In 1990, with Alberto Alessi and Alessandro Mendini, she founded the Alessi Studies Center (CSA), a place of experimentation that involves professionals and young creatives from various disciplines. There she conducted workshops and created innovative collections proposing the concept of metaproject. Since 2000 she has continued her collaboration by founding and directing the LPWK Design Studio. She is currently a visiting adjunct professor at Domus Academy and NABA.
Massimo Giacon is an Italian artist, illustrator and designer born in Padua, Italy, in 1961. He is best known for his work as a comic book artist, graphic designer and toy designer. Giacon is also associated with the Italian art movement of the "New Futurism", which was characterized by the use of bright colors, playful imagery and references to popular culture. He has collaborated with a wide range of companies and brands, including Swatch, Diesel and the Italian comic publisher Edizioni Di. In addition to his commercial work, Giacon has also exhibited his artwork in galleries and museums around the world and has received several awards for his contributions to the field of graphic design and illustration. Today, Giacon is considered one of the most innovative and influential contemporary artists in Italy.
