A remarkable antique church candlestick (altar candlestick) in Gothic revival style with a depiction of three crosses on the base of the candlestick.

Equipped with a detailed semi-circular foot featuring a Christian cross and decorative acanthus leaf reliefs.

Stands firmly on characteristic claw feet.

Executed as a pin candle holder (with a metal pin) and an upstanding, worked rim to catch wax. Especially suitable for thick stump candles or real church candles.

The candlestick is in good, solid antique condition with normal signs of aging that add to its character.

Made of solid brass / bronze (copper alloy) with a well-worn patina.
