Bitossi - Aldo Londi - Table lamp - Ceramic

Large and rare ceramic table lamp from the 1960s, made by Bitossi of Montelupo Fiorentino and designed by Aldo Londi. This monumental piece stands out for its spectacular two-element, stacked form and its rich tactile texture. The relief work features the typical hand-engraved geometric motifs — Londi’s unmistakable signature — enriched by a dark, deep glaze with metallic reflections, brownish and coppery (traceable to the Siviglia series). The lamp has a height of 45 cm (the ceramic structure only) and a diameter of about 19 cm and is offered without a lampshade. With the lampshade used for the photos, the lamp is about 75 cm tall.
