Hugo Lonitz - Centrepiece - Majolica - Gnome Figural

Antique Hugo Lonitz & Co. figural majolica centerpiece, Germany, late 19th century. Decorated with two bearded gnome figures supporting an elaborate Rococo-style bowl, with hand-painted details and gilding.

The underside bears the impressed double-fish maker’s mark and model number. There is also a partial remains of an old paper label on the underside.

Antique condition with age-related wear, some losses/chips to the projecting decorative elements and wear to the gilding. Please examine all photographs carefully as they form part of the condition description.
