Solid silver liturgical chalice (Minerva head, 1st title) with vermeil - France, 19th century
Chalice in solid silver and vermeil from the 19th century, showcasing careful liturgical metalwork with finely engraved decorative motifs of botanical designs (grape leaves and grape clusters), eucharistic symbols.
The bell-shaped foot is adorned with an applied anchored cross, highlighted with blue enamel.
Solid silver, interior of the cup in vermeil
Presence of the French official guarantee mark at the Minerva head 1st title (950/1000) and the small guarantee mark on the cup. Master-goldsmith mark in a lozenge is present on the base rim.
Good overall condition, with slight signs of use, small scratches and wear to the gilding compatible with its age, without major visible alterations.
