Rosenthal - Charger plate (4) - Porcelain

The presented porcelain model was designed in 1959.
Signed with the Rosenthal mark, it was produced in the 1970s.
Four oval porcelain platters (various sizes for serving exquisite dishes). Porcelain preserved in very good vintage condition.
The author of this timeless design is Bjorn Wiinblad – an icon of world design.
The 'Romanze' series is among his most delicate and acclaimed works.
From the inside (the mirrored surfaces) of the dishes toward their rims, a delicate, radiant ribbing spreads, beautifully refracting light.
Around the central part of each platter runs a delicate, lace-like band of pure gold, giving the whole a gilded yet modern character.
On the bottom of the dishes there is the Rosenthal signature.
