Vintage Dark Walnut Desk/Console with Brass Details – 60s/70s – Modernist Design
For sale a unique and highly charming piece: a vintage desk/console dating, most likely from the 1960s or 1970s, characterized by a distinctive Modernist design.

This piece features an interesting combination of materials and textures. The main structure is made of solid wood and veneer, with a rich dark walnut finish.
Side & Front Panels: The fully panelled sides and the front panel under the top show a matte finish, almost “burnt” or intentionally stained, with very prominent natural wood grain that gives the piece a rustic-brutalist character, in sharp contrast with the clean lines of the furniture.
Work Surface: The upper surface has a glossier and smoother finish compared to the vertical panels. It features a lighter contoured edge that frames the main workspace.
