Description from the seller

Small single-block Le Creuset France cast iron frying pan, old model No. 16.
An especially interesting piece because of its compact proportions, traditional shape, and long single-piece iron handle, with a hole at its end for hanging. It also has a small side handle bearing the LE CREUSET raised marking, characteristic of the French house's craftsmanship.
The pan features a beautiful black finish, with an interior surface also black and a patina reflecting its use. Cast iron, Le Creuset’s emblematic material, provides excellent heat retention and distribution.
The No. 16 marking is also visible on the bottom of the piece.

Le Creuset: a true French heritage
Founded in 1925 in Fresnoy-le-Grand, in Hauts-de-France, Le Creuset has become one of the major global references for enamelled cast iron cooking. The French house has preserved for a century a know-how based on the robustness of cast iron, the quality of enamelling, and keen attention to shapes and colors.

Le Creuset enamelled cast iron is still produced in France at the brand’s historic foundry. This longevity explains why older Le Creuset pieces are now sought after for both culinary quality and patrimonial and aesthetic interest.

This little No. 16 perfectly illustrates this philosophy: a simple, robust, timeless utensil designed to accompany generations of cooks.

A pretty vintage Le Creuset piece, both functional, decorative, and collectible.

Protective, careful shipping.

Kind regards.
