Art Nouveau tin canister with mistletoe branch relief and opalescent glass droplets – Handmade, exceptional fine hand-crafted lid box from the Art Nouveau era (ca. 1900–1910). The canister is handcrafted and shows an organic, relief-like decoration in the typical Art Nouveau style. The lid and the side walls are adorned with delicately worked mistletoe branches. The characteristic mistletoe berries are represented by inset opalescent glass cabochons that shimmer beautifully depending on the light. The bottom side features a molded star- or flower-pattern. Era: Art Nouveau (ca. 1910) Material: galvanized sheet metal / metal with tin soldering, glass stones Dimensions: height: 6 cm | diameter: 13.3 cm Production: Handmade. Condition: Good, authentic aged condition with age-related patina. The metal shows slight oxidation traces as well as soldered seams (handmade). All glass cabochons are present and undamaged.
