It is an official original DC page by Eddy Barrows and J.P Mayer.

It is in perfect condition and under glass in a frame sized to fit. Protected from the sun for nearly 16 years... ready to be hung in your home.

We can view Superman three times on this page, including one pose that takes up a quarter of the page. The pose is stylish, with a basketball at the tip of his finger.
