Beaulieu 4008 ZM II Movie camera

In near-mint outward condition, Beaulieu 4008 ZMII with Schneider Optivaron 6-66mm lens, which is detachable and automatically controls the zoom. There isn’t a scratch on it and the lens is completely clean. All brand nameplates are present. The battery is discharged. The camera could not be tested with an external power source because a small 180-degree bent copper plate in the grip was broken in half, rendering the power switch inoperative. With this sliding switch, contact would otherwise be made with the camera motor. The zoom motor could not be tested for the same reason. Given the flawless condition, the camera certainly seems worth fabricating and installing a new copper plate. The half of that plate remains attached inside. The camera is supplied with a bag and lens cap. The weight is about 2.4 kg.
