This compact and lightweight model was the brand's first to introduce automatic programmed exposure mode (Program) alongside Manual and Aperture Priority modes. It is equipped with the standard Nikon Lens Series E 50mm f/1.8.

The lot is in generally good condition, with light signs of use, and has been tested and is functional, complete with its original soft leather-style protective case and the front lens cap.

Optics: The Nikon Series E 50mm f/1.8 lens presents overall clean elements. A light, physiological dust inside the glass is noted, consistent with age, which does not compromise visual quality. No scratches, fungus, or haze; the diaphragm is responsive and the mechanics are smooth.

Mechanical: Tested and fully functional. The built-in light meter responds correctly to light, the shutter fires regularly across all electronic speeds (including the automatic P and A programs), and the manual advance, rewind, and self-timer mechanisms are operational.
