Coin of 1 Franc silver of the “Semeuse” type, with allegorical representation of the Republic sowing to the wind, work by Oscar Roty, in a modernist style with great dynamism in the treatment of the folds and the movement of the hair. The reverse presents the value 1 FRANC on an olive branch, surrounded by the national motto, in a balanced and elegant composition. The specimen shows well-defined reliefs, with original shine still perceptible under a multicolored patina with golden and bluish hues, especially visible on the reverse. The fields show slight marks typical of its grade, maintaining an overall harmonious and attractive appearance in line with its MS63 condition.
