Description from the seller
Marco Paulo Fernandez Quintal is a contemporary Portuguese artist based in Madeira and the founder of Zelinda Studio.
Bound Beyond Time, 2026.
An original contemporary sculpture conceived and digitally modelled by the artist, then produced and individually hand-finished in his studio in Madeira, Portugal.
The work is created in PLA using FDM 3D printing. After printing, the textured surface received a hand-applied metallic gold finish. The visible layer lines and subtle surface variations are intentionally preserved as part of the technique and visual identity of the artwork. As every example is finished individually, slight variations make each sculpture unique.
Bound Beyond Time represents the way life moves through encounters, changes and transformations. Its intertwined curves evoke paths that cross, separate and continue, while the inner sphere symbolises the individual core that we carry through time. The metallic gold finish introduces a sense of permanence, inner value and light acquired throughout this journey.
This sculpture is example 01/05 from a limited edition of fifteen individually numbered works.
