This wall lamp was designed in the 1980s by Carlo Forcolini and produced by the Italian lighting manufacturer Artemide, with model name Icaro. For the light source there is a diffuser of perforated aluminum that provides a pleasant, diffused light. In the wall holder there is a large crystal glass plate in the shape of a triangle. Because of the thickness of the glass, the edges have a turquoise glow. A striking detail is the notch in the glass that seems to wrap around the light source.
