Steering wheel (2) - Nardi - 1960-1970

Pair of vintage Nardi Torino wooden steering wheels, a classic 60s-era accessory. Circular horn ring with a glossy finish that lets the natural wood grain show through.
Three-spoke structure in polished metal with longitudinal weight-relieving slots. It features the famous ND Nardi Torino enamel logo in blue/black with silver profiles.
On the left spoke you can see the founder's signature engraving "E. Nardi", typical of the original models from the Turin house.
Overall good condition with the wooden parts fairly worn (as in the photo) and in need of restoration .. the second Nardi Classic Wood from the original 1960s era..
This specific model disputes the more common Nardi production with slots (slot) or with 3 holes, confirming the existence of rare classic variants with four decreasing round holes, born right around the 1960s to compete with the styling of British brands such as Les Leston and Moto-Lita.
Overall good condition .. preserved to be restored
