Description from the seller
The Mercedes-Benz C 63 AMG Coupé Black Series is among the most distinctive and coveted AMG models from the era of the naturally aspirated V8. The Black Series was developed as the most extreme version of the C 63 AMG Coupé and brought AMG’s technology and appearance closer to motorsport in a pronounced way. This 2012 example is also equipped with the rare and sought-after AMG Track Package, finished in Iridium Silver Metallic with matte black 19-inch forged AMG wheels and in very neat condition. The car has Dutch registration and, in December 2025 at the official Mercedes-Benz dealer, received a very extensive service interval and additional work to the value of €7,512.25.
The Black Series distinguishes itself technically and visually from a regular C 63 AMG Coupé. The wider body with strongly flared wheel arches gives the car its characteristic stance, while the specially tuned AMG sport suspension uses an independent 3-link front suspension and a 5-arm multi-link rear suspension. Front and rear AMG stabilizers, a speed-dependent AMG sport steering rack, and a limited-slip differential further contribute to the much sharper character of this model.
Particularly important for this example is the presence of the [B25] AMG Track Package. This was a Black Series option for owners who wanted the car even more oriented toward intensive and circuit use. The package included, among other things, Dunlop sport tires developed specifically for the Black Series and an active oil cooler for the rear differential. This makes it one of the more attractive factory specifications with which the C 63 AMG Black Series could be ordered.
Also the wheels are specific: the car features [752] 19-inch matte-black forged AMG 10-spoke alloy wheels. In combination with the Iridium Silver Metallic body and the wide Black Series wheel arches, this gives the car a particularly powerful look.
The interior aligns with the purpose-driven character of the Black Series. The car is equipped with MB-Tex/Dinamica upholstery, carbon fiber interior trim and an AMG Performance steering wheel with multifunction controls and aluminum shift paddles. It also features an AMG instrument cluster with Racetimer, AMG floor mats and illuminated AMG door sills.
At the same time, the Black Series is not devoid of the comfort equipment expected in a Mercedes-Benz of this class. The car includes, among other things, automatic dual-zone climate control, cruise control, electrically adjustable steering column with memory, power windows, automatically dimming rearview mirror, HomeLink garage door opener and an anti-theft alarm system.
Via the COMAND system, navigation and various multimedia functions are available. It also includes Bluetooth hands-free telephone and the Harman/Kardon Logic 7 Surround Sound System.
Other equipment includes Keyless-Go, a reversing camera, Bi-Xenon Active Headlamps with Intelligent Light System, headlight washers, LED daytime running lights, LED taillights, rain sensor and power-folding and heated mirrors with memory function and auto-dimming driver’s mirror.
In safety terms, the C 63 also features extensive provisions. These include Attention Assist tire-pressure monitoring, a driver knee airbag, front, side, pelvic and curtain airbags, and three-point seat belts with pretensioners and adaptive belt-force limiters. The Adaptive Brake system also includes a Hold function.
At the rear, the AMG sport exhaust system terminates in four chromed exhaust tips, an essential part of both the look and the soundtrack of the atmospheric V8.
Recent Mercedes-Benz dealer maintenance – €7,512.25
A major plus of this car is the very recent and especially extensive maintenance. On 15 December 2025, at a mileage of 66,816 km, the Black Series was serviced by Hedin Automotive in Amersfoort, an official Mercedes-Benz dealer. The invoice amounts to a total of €7,512.25 including VAT.
This included not only regular maintenance but a comprehensive Service B with Plus package combined with various additional technical tasks. For the engine, 8.5 liters of Mercedes-Benz approved synthetic motor oil were used and the oil filter was replaced. The active carbon filter and the air filter were also renewed.
Particularly relevant for the M156 V8 is that during this maintenance all eight spark plugs were replaced. In addition, the transmission oil and rear differential oil were replaced and the brake fluid was changed.
The onboard battery was replaced and tested after inspection. The mechanism of the panoramic sunroof was cleaned and lubricated.
In addition, the invoice covers extensive work on the seat construction. Seat frames were mounted and adjusted, height-adjustment components were installed, and various fittings, wiring harnesses and electrical components were mounted. Work was also carried out on the wiring and control unit of the airbag system.
The invoice specifies €3,897.41 for parts and €2,311.06 for labor, totaling €6,208.47 exclusive of VAT. Including €1,303.78 VAT brings the total to €7,512.25. A Mercedes-Benz Mobilo certificate was also issued with the maintenance.
Since this extensive dealer service, the car has been driven very little: the maintenance was carried out at 66,816 km, while the current odometer reading is 66,864 km.
Factory specification
The Mercedes-Benz datacard confirms a particularly attractive configuration. The body is finished in [775P] Iridium Silver Metallic and the car is equipped with the [P98] Black Series Package. This includes, among other things, increased engine performance, carbon fiber interior trim, rearview camera, COMAND with hard drive navigation and voice control, limited-slip differential, Bi-Xenon active headlights, KEYLESS-GO and the specific Black Series interior trim.
In addition, this example features the aforementioned [B25] AMG Track Package, the [752] matte-black forged 19-inch AMG 10-spoke wheels and [120] illuminated AMG door sills.
The result is a very thoroughly specified Black Series that not only has the distinctive exterior and technical adaptations of the model but also includes one of the most coveted performance options that Mercedes-AMG offered for it.
The car is in very neat condition and is delivered with the Mercedes-Benz datacard and Dutch registration papers. The car is on Dutch registration and VAT is fully paid; therefore there is no VAT due.
With its naturally aspirated 6,208 cc AMG V8 producing 510 HP, rear-wheel drive, wide Black Series body, AMG Track Package, active differential cooling, forged 19-inch AMG wheels and only 66,864 kilometers, this example combines many of the characteristics that make the C 63 AMG Coupé Black Series one of the most characterful AMG models of its generation. The recent Mercedes-Benz dealer invoice of over €7,500 adds an important supplement to the maintenance history.
