Wedgwood - Dish (5) - Ceramic

Splendid lot consisting of 5 original Wedgwood pieces in Jasperware ceramic, famed for its unmistakable matte relief finish (white neoclassical-style bas-reliefs on a colored background). The set includes iconic pieces in the classic Pale Blue and Sage Green colors, all marked on the base “Wedgwood Made in England”.
The lot is composed as follows:
Blue decorative box with lid – Contoured/irregular shape, decorated with cherubs and botanical garlands in relief. Mark on the base.
Vase / pen holder (Blue) – Classic cup form, decorated with floral motifs and trailing vines in relief.
Heart-shaped dish / purse plate (Blue) – Centered with a classical neoclassical mythological/figurative scene and a border with a garland.
Small round dish / trinket plate (Blue) – Decorated with a profile/relief portrait (cameo style) and a worked edge.
Rare rectangular box with lid (Sage Green) – A magnificent example in a less common shade, decorated with classical scenes and floral details.
Conditions:
Very good vintage overall. The pieces show normal minor signs of age consistent with the period, with no cracks or significant damage. Please carefully examine all attached photographs which are an integral part of the description.
