Antique Silver-Mounted Garment Brush with Raised Rose Decoration – Original Fitted Case

Elegant antique garment / clothes brush, featuring a finely decorated silver-mounted top and presented in its original fitted case.

The upper surface is richly worked in relief with a beautiful composition of roses and foliage, surrounded by elegant scrolling ornament and a delicate beaded border. The combination of the floral decoration and polished silver surface gives the piece a particularly refined appearance.

The brush retains its original light-coloured bristles and is housed in a charming cream-coloured fitted presentation case, with a patterned exterior and satin-lined interior specifically shaped to hold the brush.

The case is also an attractive part of the ensemble and enhances its appeal as a period vanity or personal accessory.
