Meissen - Dinner plate (7) - Porcelain

Set of 7 Meissen porcelain plates/dishes decorated in underglaze cobalt blue with floral bouquets, scattered flowers, butterflies and insects.

The pieces feature scalloped rims and bear the Meissen crossed-swords mark in underglaze blue. The marks have cancellation/grinding lines, indicating factory-classified quality rather than first choice. Some pieces also have impressed production numbers and painter’s marks.
