The set has been completely checked, cleaned and long-term tested. Preventively, two tubes (the EZ80 and EM80) as well as the ballast lamps and some small parts whose electrical properties had deteriorated and fell outside the specifications have been replaced.
The cabinet is made of walnut wood, with the top covered in plastic. The front with the round push-buttons is made of Bakelite and the sides are equipped with plastic speaker grilles.
Good reception on SW-MW-LW using the built-in ferrite antenna, and for FM reception an external FM antenna is required. Often a piece of wire a few meters long is sufficient.
The tuning eye is in good condition and has a bright green glow.
The cabinet looks splendid with a few signs of use and is fitted with two loudspeakers.
The radio has beautiful sound and a large volume for a unit of this size.
The unit receives the LG the MG the KG and the FM band. It is set to a mains voltage of 220 V.
On the unit you can connect a Pick-up, a tape recorder and extra loudspeakers.
The radio has two separate power amplifiers so a connected pick-up, tape recorder, cassette recorder or CD player can be played in stereo.
The unit uses 10 tubes: ECC85, ECH81, EF89, EBF89, EM80, EAA91, ECC83, EL84, EL84 and EZ80.

The radio is in wonderful condition, with few running hours, technically fully checked; in short, a radio that will provide many more years of enjoyment.
An external antenna wire has been attached to the back of the radio and two spare ballast lamps 8024N 6.3V/300mA bayonet have been added.
