Two Knight’s Crosses of the Legion of Honour, Second Empire model (Napoleon III era, between 1852 and 1870).

Five-pointed star with white enamel and double rays, connected by oak and laurel leaves enamelled in green.

Central gold medallion depicting the profile of Napoleon I on a gold background, surrounded by a blue enamel ring bearing the inscription "Napoleon emperor of the French".

At the top, the cross is crowned by an imperial crown in silver.

A traditional red moiré ribbon is attached to the entrainment ring.
