Omega - Seamaster - ST 198.0001 - Men - 1972

Beautiful and fully functioning Omega Electronic f300 Hz Seamaster Chronometer (Reference ST 198.0001) from the period 1970-1975. This watch is an heirloom from my grandfather. The iconic tuning-fork movement (Caliber 1250) is exceptionally clean on the inside, runs very smoothly, and shows the characteristic, gentle hum. The second hand glides beautifully across the dial. The watch has recently been fitted with a new, high-quality cognac-brown leather strap that perfectly suits the vintage look. There is no original box or documentation present. The steel case and the crystal are in a neat, worn vintage condition with normal signs of wear for its age.
