We provide high-quality cameras and lenses to the world.
The Canon FT QL of 1966 was Canon's mainstay enthusiast SLR of the late 1960s, built around the FL lens mount and the company's trademark QL (Quick Loading) system that makes film loading nearly foolproof. Its through-the-lens meter reads a central 12% of the frame via a condenser behind the mirror — the same selective-area approach Canon carried into the FTb — and the all-mechanical shutter works with or without a battery. Solid, heavy and reliable, the FT QL represents Canon's classic mechanical era just before the FD generation, and the FD 50mm f/1.8 fitted here mounts perfectly on it.

Known Issues
1. There is heavy haze on the rear element of the FD 50mm f/1.8 lens. It will visibly soften images and reduce contrast — treat the lens as a display piece or candidate for cleaning, and price your bid for the body.
2. The body itself is in nice, fully working condition.
