Here we present a timepiece with classic, timeless elegance, reviving the aesthetic codes of the most famous writing instrument house from Hamburg: the Montblanc Star Watch (Ref. 7072).
A watch with a sober and refined design, perfect for everyday use or as a classy accessory for more formal occasions. The case, with a soft, rounded line, is made of solid stainless steel. The link to the brand’s storied heritage is magnificently highlighted by the deep engravings on the sides of the case, bearing the inscription "MONTBLANC" on one side and "MEISTERSTÜCK" on the other, an iconic feature of this generation of the Star line. The winding crown, finely knurled, is adorned with the inevitable white star emblem on a black background.
The glossy black dial is a masterpiece of legibility and retro style. It hosts fascinating applied Breguet-style Arabic numerals and delicate silvered feuille hands. A detail of great charm is the central seconds hand, whose counterweight is forged in the shape of a Montblanc star. At 6 o'clock there is a practical rounded-window date display.
