- Grade: MS64 (PCGS).
Silver 1 Franc coin of the “Semeuse” type, with an allegorical representation of the Republic sowing to the wind, by Oscar Roty, in a modernist style with great dynamism in the treatment of the drapery and the movement of the hair. The reverse presents the value 1 FRANC on olive branch, surrounded by the national motto, in a balanced and elegant composition. The piece shows well-defined reliefs, with original luster still perceptible under a multicolor patina with golden and bluish hues, especially visible on the reverse. The fields show slight marks characteristic of its grade, maintaining an overall harmonious and attractive appearance in line with its MS64 condition.
