GENERAL:
Mercedes-Benz 600SL from the year 1994 with approximately 113,000 kilometers. Includes both a soft top and a hardtop. This exclusive MB 600 SL V12 is in a very original condition, preserving its interior upholstery, its two original keys, and the factory wood finish, all in excellent condition of use and preservation in line with its low mileage. The R129 model, equipped with the legendary V12 M120 engine, represents the pinnacle of Mercedes-Benz engineering of the nineties; a true technical jewel of which relatively few units were built, making it a magnificent investment.
BODYWORK AND PAINT:
The paint retains a strong shine with only a few minimal defects perceptible in the photo report. On the hardtop, the upholstery is slightly detached. The hydraulic cylinders of the convertible top system have been recently repaired to resolve a fluid loss, so the mechanism currently works perfectly. The canvas is sound and the rear window’s plastic is still transparent.
MECHANICS:
The engine starts very well and runs smoothly, as does the transmission, which shifts with total fluidity. The sills show no rust or signs of previous accidents, displaying an exceptional state of preservation. In summer, once the engine reaches its working temperature, it has a bit of trouble starting again until it cools down after a short period (to be checked by service). Its last owner carried out several maintenance services at the official Mercedes-Benz dealership.
INTERIOR:
The cabin is fully clad in leather and wood, equipped with the top range of features of the era, such as heated seats, electrically adjustable seats with memory, and Tempomat, as well as a sound system. All dashboard instruments and the air conditioning function properly. The driver’s seat shows wear/tearing at the left headrest due to driver access, while the rest of the upholstery remains healthy and in very good condition.
DOCUMENTATION:
Maintenance invoices from the official Mercedes-Benz workshop are available, as well as a video assessing the vehicle’s condition conducted directly at the Star Madrid Retail official facilities, which will be delivered to its new owner.
PICKUP / DELIVERY:
The vehicle is located in Madrid, Spain. In case of winning the bid, up to 20 days of free storage are offered.
