Table lamp - Ceramic, Metal, Brass

This vintage lamp base features a rather distinctive and interesting mix of eras and styles.
The body (black ceramic vase and foliage): The central satin black molded ceramic section with a rose motif is inspired by Art Deco (1930s) or Neoclassical (Maison Jansen, François Chaleyssin). The leaves in polished brass at the junction evoke the pineapple motif, very fashionable in the second half of the 20th century (1970s).

It's an original and elegant decorative piece, perfect for a vintage, Hollywood Regency, or Art Deco interior.
