Orders are shipped, as per Catawiki rules, within a maximum of 3 working days from payment (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and local holidays). Orders and messages are handled in chronological order. • TECHNICAL INFORMATION (READ CAREFULLY): For all watches, prior to shipment, the regular operation is checked. For all watches with date, to avoid possible damage to the movement, do not manually adjust the date with the crown if the time on the watch is between 20:00 and 03:00; this rule applies to all watches with a date function. • WARRANTY INFORMATION (READ CAREFULLY): Please note that you will not receive any tax document with the goods, as all online transactions carried out by us are recorded in the sales register as required by current Italian law. The invoice or fiscal receipt is mandatory only if requested by the customer immediately after payment. To avail the warranty, you must present only and exclusively the card you will receive with the watch. IMPORTANT: For extra-EU buyers, customs duties and import expenses are entirely borne by the buyer.
