Ditmar Urbach - Vase - amphora - Porcelain - Art Deco

This beautiful Ditmar Urbach Art Deco vase
is manufactured in Czechoslovakia between 1920 and 1930.
The so-called "Skyscraper Flame" or "Alienware" decor
is applied with the early industrial Spritzdekor spray technique,
a ceramic decoration technique that was particularly popular in the 1920s/1930s
in Germany and Central Europe (airbrush/spray gun).
That results in smooth color gradients and sharp flame patterns.
This vase ranges from red, orange, yellow and white to purple and deep blue.
In the base the signature is impressed: DITMAR URBACH
Made in Czechoslovakia with a number 19567(?) and IV
It is an amphora model (with two graceful handles)
A few light craquelé lines in the bowl.
Elsewhere in virtually impeccable condition.
