A Chinese wucai porcelain vase, dating to the Transitional period through to the early Kangxi period, mid to late 17th century.

Of baluster form, painted in iron-red, green and underglaze blue with stylised peony blossoms, scrolling foliage and diaper-pattern panels, the decoration retaining the bold geometric character associated with late Ming / early Qing wares.

Condition:
Overall good antique condition, the neck has been reduced, otherwise No hairlines, No chips. Minor firing imperfections and age-related wear.
