X-Trans II CMOS

The APS-C sensor features Fuji's innovative X-Trans design, where semi-randomly distributed color filters make a low-pass filter unnecessary without increasing the risk of moiré. The sensor is equipped with phase-detect pixels.

Film and WiFi

Unlike other retro cameras, the X-T2 offers a 4K movie function. With 4K resolution at 30fps, the X-T2 can film at very high quality. Also, connecting an external microphone is possible. Additionally, Fujifilm provides Wi-Fi on the X-T2 and the camera can be operated remotely.
