Antique Dutch artisanal work table – solid wood – ca. 1900

Characterful antique artisanal work table, made of solid wood and equipped with two spacious drawers. The heavy worktop bears beautiful, authentic traces of long-term use and gives the piece of furniture a particularly well-worn character.

The table has a simple, robust construction and is in its original, used condition. With its low height of 59 cm, the original function cannot be determined with certainty; it was presumably used as a work table for an craft in which work was done while seated.
