About the artist:
Yamila Velázquez (Las Tunas, Cuba, 1993) is a contemporary artist who uses digital intelligence tools; she currently lives and works in Alicante, Spain. Owner and partner of a company dedicated to the sale, representation, and development of artists and artworks, Velázquez combines her business vision with a deep artistic sensibility.
This young Cuban talent has established herself in the field of digital art, using contemporary means to explore themes related to nature, landscape, and the intimate relationship between woman and her environment. Her works gently and forcefully address themes such as beauty, love, sensuality, and feminine delicacy, always framed in enveloping, romantic, and refined atmospheres.
With a vibrant and expressive aesthetic, Yamila Velázquez manages to fuse classical influences with a modern language, resulting in versatile, fresh, and deeply evocative works. The pictorial texture of her images, the masterful use of color, and the emotionally balanced composition position her work as a current artistic proposal of high aesthetic value.

This magnificent work offers a panoramic and hyper-stylized view of the city of Paris, transformed into a landscape of jewels and mystery. The artist has employed a dual, deep and contrasted palette to reimagine the City of Light. The urban fabric of traditional Parisian rooftops is presented in a deep and rich cobalt, creating a dense and textured network of forms that forms the base of the composition.
Emerging from this cobalt base, the iconic monuments—the Eiffel Tower, the Pantheon dome, and the gold dome of the Saint-Paul-Saint-Louis church—soar like beacons in sheets of gold, glowing with an intensity that is almost organic. The city’s trees have also been transformed into three-dimensional clusters of gold, punctuating the scene.
