Description from the seller
Artemide Tolomeo Micro, a table lamp in the classic aluminum finish, designed by Michele De Lucchi and Giancarlo Fassina for Artemide.
Tolomeo is one of the most recognizable icons of contemporary Italian design. The Micro version reprises the distinctive construction system of the famous Tolomeo family in a more compact size, while preserving its full functionality.
The structure is composed of movable arms in polished aluminum, with a spring balance system that allows easy orientation of the light body. The shade is adjustable and made of anodized aluminum, while joints and supports are in brushed aluminum.
The particular mechanical design allows free adjustment of the lamp’s position, making it suitable both as a desk light and as a reading or work lamp.
The Tolomeo system is also characterized by the possibility of using different mounting systems. The base can be replaced with dedicated accessories, such as a clamp or a fixed pin, making the lamp especially versatile.
