Pioneer - SA-606 Solid state integrated amplifier

I propose this Pioneer SA-606 stereo integrated amplifier, which delivers a continuous power output of 40 watts per channel. The unit features separate power-supply sections for the Class A and Class B stages, as well as a differential amplifier with a current-mirror load and an OCL (direct-coupled) output stage in Darlington configuration, with a constant-current load. Among other features are outputs for two pairs of speakers, stepped tone controls, a loudness function, independent wattmeters with peak LED indicators for each channel, and an advanced electronic protection system. The SA-606 delivers the same performance as the SA-6700; the only difference is that the SA-6700 has a wooden cabinet. Two sets of speaker systems can be connected, and one output is more than sufficient for first-class music playback, so the SA-606 offers powerful, high-fidelity stereo reproduction for your listening pleasure. The model you see has been fully recapped, and it has some age-related flaws as you can see in the highlighted photos.
