Beautiful complete set "Burgund / Country Burgund" by W. Goebel, Oeslauer Porcelain Manufactory, Bavaria. W.Germany in the 70s.
Known country-house design: cream-white porcelain with brown walnut edge and hand-decorated floral vine of grapes and field flowers in blue/yellow. Stamp: OPM Burgund by W.GOEBEL W.Germany + V-logo with crown. Oven-proof, underglaze.
Set consists of 11 pieces:
• 1x Terrine with lid - Ø 16.5 cm, H 19 cm, depth 8.5 cm • 4x Soup bowls with handles Ø 10.7 cm + 4x saucers Ø 17.5 cm • 4x Dessert bowls Ø 11.5 cm • 2x Serving bowls with handles Ø 16 cm • 1x Oval platter 33 x 19.5 cm
Condition: Very good vintage condition. No chips, no cracks, no crazing. Glaze glossy, colors bright, brown edge intact. From private collection.
Period 1972-1979. Rare complete set with terrine in this condition. Perfect for everyday use and very decorative in a 70s / farmhouse / cottagecore interior.
