Description from the seller

RUSSIA. St. Petersburg. 20 Kopeks. 1914. Nicholas II (1894-1917)

- Value: 20 KOPECKS.
- Reign: Nicholas II (1894-1917).
- Year: 1914.

- Grade: UNC Details (NGC).

Silver 20 Kopeck coin minted at the Saint Petersburg mint during the reign of Nicholas II, the last Tsar of the Russian Empire. The obverse features the face value crowned, surrounded by an open laurel and oak wreath, of elegant and balanced design typical of early 20th-century imperial Russian numismatics. The reverse shows the crowned double-headed eagle with the Empire’s territorial shields, executed with great heraldic detail and excellent depth of relief. Minted in the year the First World War began, it represents one of the last silver issues of the Tsarist regime before the fall of the Russian monarchy in 1917.

Disclaimer: For orders shipped outside the European Union, I want to leave absolutely clear that I do ship from Spain, which means that if the package is sent to any country outside the European Union, and/or inside EU that has special tax agreement (example: Canary Islands), it might be stopped in your local customs and they might ask you to pay taxes. This is a customs legal procedure and it is completely out of our control. Thanks for your understanding.
