Unique lot consisting of 21 vintage flatware pieces in silver-plated metal, characterized by elegant relief-decorated handles and a distinctive gold-tone finish on the functional parts.
The lot includes:
* 6 fish forks, length 18 cm;
* 6 fish knives, length 19 cm;
* 1 serving fork, length 26 cm;
* 1 serving knife, length 27 cm;
* 6 dessert spoons, length 15 cm;
* 1 dessert serving paddle/spoon, length 25 cm.
The gold-tone finish is present on the tines of the forks, on the blades of the knives and on the operational ends of the serving flatware. The handles are silvered and feature ornamental relief decorations.
Total net weight of the 21 utensils: about 870 g.
European production from the second half of the 20th century, presumably dating from the period between the 1950s and 1970s.
The items are made of silver-plated metal rather than solid silver. Any “800” numeration visible in relief should not be interpreted as a hallmark of silver fineness.
Overall vintage condition good, with normal signs of age and use, small scratches, patina and possible variations or wear to the silver and gold finishes. No obvious cracks.
