Tomado - A. Dekker - Wall shelf unit - Iron - Noted

This Tomado wall rack is an iconic example of Dutch design from the mid-twentieth century. The modular system, designed by Adriaan Dekker, is known for its minimalist and functional aesthetic that perfectly aligns with the postwar modernist movement.

The rack is made of metal and consists of white wire-frame side panels and four shelves in the colors green, yellow, grey and white. A striking detail is the perforated white magazine rack, which adds a playful and practical touch to the composition. The shelves are marked 'Tomado - Holland', confirming the piece's authenticity.

The wall rack is in a condition appropriate for its age and use, preserving its original character. The colors and construction reflect the industrial manufacturing methods of that time.

- This item is 60-70 years old and a utilitarian object. Although the item is in good vintage condition, there are always signs of age; small discolorations, rust spots, dents, or scratches in the paint. In the last photos I tried to capture that.
