This vintage Rone combines a striking calendar display with the restrained proportions of a mid-century Swiss wristwatch. A window beneath 12 o’clock shows the month, while two concentric scales around the dial display the days of the week and dates from 1 to 31. Separate crowns at approximately 2 and 9 o’clock give the watch its distinctive profile. The small seconds register sits above 6 o’clock, and the dial is signed Rone, Non-Magnetic and Swiss Made. Case, Dial and Calendar

The silver-tone case has long, shaped lugs and two crowns. It shows substantial wear consistent with age, including scratches and areas where the plating has worn through, particularly around the bezel and lugs. The stainless-steel back is marked “Stainless Steel Back / Swiss Made”; an internal case number is also visible in the photographs.

The cream dial has bold Arabic numerals, luminous-style central hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and a month aperture at 12 o’clock. The outer calendar tracks are an especially appealing feature: the date scale is numbered 1–31, while the inner track carries weekday abbreviations. “Brevet” appears on the outer ring. The dial has clear, uneven patina, spotting and discolouration. These marks are part of the watch’s present condition and are shown in the close-up photographs.
