Case

The round case is executed in stainless steel and has a diameter of 40 mm. The predominantly polished finish, rounded bezel and characteristic Master Collection lugs give the watch its classic look.

On the right side are the knurled Longines-signed crown and the two round chronograph pushers. In the case flank there are also recessed correctors for setting the calendar functions.

The case is in neat used condition. There are light hairlines and superficial signs of wear on the polished surfaces. No noticeable deep dents are visible.

Dial

The silver-colored dial has the distinctive fine guilloché pattern of the Master Collection. The large black Arabic numerals provide a clear contrast, while the blued feuille hands add a classic Longines touch.

The dial features multiple scales without compromising readability of the individual functions. Around the outer edge is the date scale from 1 to 31, among others.

The dial is in very good condition and the inscriptions, numerals and scale graduations are clearly preserved.

Chronograph and calendar

The L2.673.4 combines the chronograph with an extensive calendar display.

At 12 o’clock is the chronograph’s 30-minute counter. Within this counter there are also two separate windows for the day and month.

At 9 o’clock is the small seconds combined with a 24-hour indicator.

At 6 o’clock is the 12-hour counter of the chronograph, combined with the moon phase display. The gold-colored moon and stars stand out clearly against the dark blue background.

The date is not shown via a traditional date window, but by means of a central date hand. The long hand with a crescent-shaped tip points to the date scale from 1 to 31 along the outer edge of the dial.

The long central chronograph hand records elapsed seconds when the chronograph is in use.
