2021 Weingut Robert Weil - Rheingau - 4 Bottles (0.75L)

Robert Weil, producer of selected vineyards Erste Lage and Große Lage, i.e., of the highest quality, located on a steep slope with a 60% gradient, is a prominent producer in the German VDP. The harvest begins in October and lasts 8 to 10 weeks; up to seventeen manual harvest passes are carried out. Fermentation in barrique at a controlled temperature lasts between 6 and 12 weeks, then it remains on the lees in a steel tank before a slight filtration before leaving the market. The estate covers 80 hectares.
