Étagère - Wood - Sturdy shelf

a splendid and atmospheric antique wooden wall rack (étagère) from the period around 1900–1920. This authentic piece of furniture is in a beautiful, unrestored condition and radiates pure character. The rack features elegantly turned wooden spindles and graceful knobs at the top. At the back it is clear that this is pure craftsmanship: the back panel is made from traditional wooden panels, secured with old nails and equipped with the original brass 'keyhole' hanging plates for a blind, sturdy mounting to the wall.
