- Inscriptions: Obverse: REPÚBLICA DE CHILE, female bust of the Republic to the left. Reverse: ECONOMÍA ES RIQUEZA · 2½ CENTAVOS · S · 1906, value between botanical branches.
- Grade: MS62 BN (NGC).
Interesting 2½ centavos specimen from 1906 minted at the Santiago mint. The obverse features the personification of the Republic of Chile with a vegetal headdress, while the reverse shows the value within a vegetal crown and the motto “ECONOMÍA ES RIQUEZA.” This specimen is uncirculated, with a predominantly brown tone, certified by NGC as MS62.
