Wonderful antique table lamps.
Magnificent pair of vintage table lamps, with an extraordinary visual and luminous effect.
The pieces are made in the classic European cut-to-clear glass technique with a Ruby Flash finish. The colorless glass body receives a thin, vibrant outer layer in ruby-red/cranberry shade, which was subsequently engraved and hand-cut to create delicate floral and botanical motifs, revealing the transparency of the underlying glass.
The upper domes have an elegant wavy finish and a frieze of faceted tips. The bases are in gold-colored metal with a brass finish.
