This is a fine vintage portrait of the noted American actress BarBara Luna, performed by the well-known photographer Pierluigi Praturlon in 1969, presumably in Rome, after finishing filming in California for the movie “Che!” with Omar Sharif.
Pierluigi Praturlon, known simply as “Pierluigi,” was perhaps the most famous of the Italian photographers of the Dolce Vita, especially for portraits, even off set, and for the shots made during the filming of various movies, and he was, in this, among the best in the world.
This is a beautiful vintage image, large in size, properly stamped on the back by the photographer himself, with his old stamp, and also with the valuable sticker from PIX Incorporated.
