For sale is a beautiful, original IWC Pilot’s Chronograph from the exclusive special edition “Le Petit Prince” (The Little Prince). The timepiece impresses with its iconic, deep blue dial with sunburst finish, which, depending on the light, creates a fascinating optical depth.
Condition and function:
The watch is in excellent, almost new condition with only minimal signs of storage or wear (nearly like new). The watch starts up immediately, runs absolutely perfectly, and keeps accurate time. All chronograph functions operate crisply and the hands reset exactly. The service history is unknown, but the movement shows excellent, stable values on the timing machine.
The movement – IWC Caliber 79320:
Visible after removing the case back is the highly refined, original IWC automatic caliber 79320 (based on the legendary and robust Swiss chronograph architecture Valjoux/ETA 7750):
• Movement number: engraved on the plate.
• Specification: 25 jewels, 44 hours power reserve.
• Finest perlage and Geneva stripe finish from the factory.
• Case protection: Equipped with an iron inner case to maximally shield the movement from magnetic fields.
