Description from the seller

Akai AM-2400 vintage integrated stereo amplifier in rarer black version, built in Japan (circa 1976–1979). Technically in 100% good working condition and visually in neat vintage condition with light signs of use consistent with the age.
This amplifier from Akai’s valued AM series features a heavy metal front panel, sturdy knobs, and a fully discrete analog construction. Sonically, the AM-2400 delivers a full, warm, and dynamic sound with tight, controlled bass and a calm, detailed treble. Equipped with an adjustable tone control with switchable crossover frequencies (turnover switches), extensive filter options, and an excellent phono input for turntables.
