Description from the seller

Pair of Kenwood KL-4080 speakers, vintage 1970-71 – 3-way / 12” – Japan – Multi Channel
Pair of Kenwood KL-4080 speakers, made in Japan by Trio Electronics Inc. (Tokyo) in the early 1970s.
3-way system / 4 drivers, walnut bass-reflex enclosure and the characteristic hexagonal metal grille. Highly regarded for their high sensitivity (101 dB) and for the ability to connect in Multi Channel.
Specifications
• Model: Kenwood KL-4080
• Type: 3-way / 4 speakers, bass-reflex
• Maximum power: 50 W
• Impedance: 8 Ω
• Crossover frequencies: 800 Hz and 5,000 Hz
• Woofer: 12” original paper cone
• Mid: 5-1/8”
• Tweeters: 2 × 2-3/4”
• Dimensions: 38 × 62 × 29.5 cm
• Weight: 15.5 kg each (approx. 31 kg per pair)
• Numbers visible on the back: A10115 and A10005
Special features
• SEPARATE inputs (HIGH / MID / LOW) for tri-amping
• FULL RANGE selector: Clear / Normal / Soft
• Original Kenwood Multi Channel plate

Condition: They operate correctly. The wooden cabinets have been cleaned and treated with beeswax. The grilles are complete and show normal wear from the era.
The drivers are original and intact: no breaks, cracks, or damaged surrounds. The paper cones retain their original beige color and show stains and aging marks, especially on one woofer and one midrange. This is the usual appearance of these speakers after more than 50 years. It is not a structural fault or repair.

An original pair, with its vintage character intact, ready to use or for a cosmetic upgrade later if desired.
Shipping well packed.
